All products are custom made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final.


No Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds unless there is a verified fault on our behalf. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable once submitted.


Custom Orders

All customized and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded. Each item is created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.


Production & Order Commitment

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production. For this reason, cancellations, refunds, or changes are not permitted after purchase.


Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or error made by us, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.


If the issue is verified as our fault, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at our discretion. Refunds are only issued if a replacement or correction is not possible.


Conditions for Claims

To qualify for a claim:


  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements, selections, and customization details prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for customer errors, including incorrect sizing, fabric choices, or specifications.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays or transit issues.


Non-Delivery / Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback for an order that is within production timelines, completed, or shipped is a violation of our store policies. We maintain documentation including order confirmations, production timelines, and shipment tracking to verify fulfillment.


Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy and understand that refunds are only issued in cases where there is a verified fault on our behalf.
